From the Great Falls Police Department at 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, June 29:
MISSING PERSON COMMUNITY ALERT! SPO O’Meara is asking for your help in locating missing Brandon Zinke. Brandon is mentally disabled and, though he is 22 years of age, his mental intelligence is that of about a 14 year old. Brandon and his family are visiting from out of town. He told his mother he was going to “walk on Central Avenue” yesterday (6/28/19) at approximately 11am and has not returned. Brandon is known to be very friendly and will gladly strike up a conversation with anyone. His only means of communication requires wifi.
With the amount of time he has been missing he could be anywhere in town. Please make a concerted effort to keep a look out. Brandon is very tall (6’7″) which will hopefully make him easy to spot. Weighs about 200 pounds, has green eyes, brown hair, and a beard. Last seen wearing a blue tank-top, grey shorts, and black slip-on shoes with white soles.
IF YOU SEE BRANDON PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM AND CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
Several people have noted that Brandon used to live here in Great Falls in the Riverview area and attended CMR High School, but apparently he/his family moved to another town sometime over the last couple of years.
Update from GFPD: BRANDON IS FOUND SAFE. Brandon was found at a friend’s house and has been safely reunited with his family. Thank you for your immense support and efforts to help locate Brandon.
