The Front Office Manager oversees the patient advocate team regarding production and flow of patient registration, patient check-out, insurance and sliding fee discount eligibility and onsite fee payment. In addition, the Front Office Manager directly oversees the medical records team in the processing, management and dispersal of medical records in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. Spearheads projects related to these functions and coordinates accordingly with other managers, supervisors and administrative staff as appropriate. Other work-related duties as assigned.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is hiring a Match Support Specialist; some details:

Orienting families and potential volunteers to program benefits, requirements and obligations. Interviewing children, parents/guardians, and volunteers and assessing their qualifications and fit for our programs. Matching volunteers with children based on stated interests and abilities. Providing support and advice to assigned matches on a month-to-month basis to ensure safe and successful mentoring relationships.

The Great Falls Children’s Receiving Home is hiring an executive director; some details:

The top priority of the Executive Director is the care and well-being of the children placed in the Home, with their safety, emotional nurturing and health development being of primary concern. The Executive Director is responsible for: supervising staff, managing the office, soliciting and participating in public relations projects in the community, working directly with the Department of Health and Human Services, Youth Court Services and other placement agencies, as well as working with United Way providers, attending Child Protective Team and Sexual Abuse Team meetings, coordinating and attending relevant training workshops and assisting Board members in their involvement with the Home.
