It’s official: Cattlemen’s Cut restaurant (between Great Falls and Vaughn) is moving to a new location – the former Tony Roma’s/On The Border building in the Great Falls Marketplace, which has been vacant for a few years.
According to a Facebook post that includes a statement from the owner (Julie), they expect to open in March, and said they “will be hiring forty (40) employees which will support more families in the Great Falls area.”
In addtion, they will have extended hours: Lunch from 11 AM to 4 PM six (6) days per week / Dinner from 4 PM to 9 PM Monday through Thursday, 4 PM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday and 3 PM to 9 PM on Sunday.
I like this – the new location will likely bring them more business, with plenty of shopping AND hotels nearby. And I’m pretty sure that they will bring their cow “mascot” to the new spot!
