Jim dropped a note that read, in part: “KTGF, channel 12 on Bresnan cable, is evidently off the air. If you tune in the channel, there’s a notice up stating all programming has ceased on the channel today. In the span of 5 or 6 years, KTGF has changed network affiliations, changed ownership, and now… appears to be off the air. Just last year, the local Fox station was off the air for almost a month because they didn’t plan for the digital conversion. You have to shake your head and laugh at the incompetence.” Ouch. Heh…Danny has some issues with Great Falls… This is going to get me into trouble with Sara, Sarah and my other Great Falls readers but seriously, what the heck is wrong with that city? I have a long-standing feud with that city and a lot of my hatred is probably rooted in the fact that Great Falls teams owned me during high school. Do you know what sucks more than losing? Losing to a team from Great Falls. I think Danny is originally from Billings, BTW. Read the whole thing.

Tax Day Tea Party in Great Falls

I’m sure some of you have been following the “Tea Party” movement as it gathers steam across the country, and I just learned that there is an official Tea Party planned for Great Falls! It will be held on Tuesday, April 15, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm on the steps of the Civic Center. The POC listed is Cyndi Baker (e-mail for phone # if you want more info). The Tax Day Tea Party website lists several other April 15 Montana-based Tea Parties. How many of you plan to attend?
