Burns Night in Great Falls

Come help us celebrate Robert Burn’s Night in Great Falls for the 120th time (gave or take a couple years)! Burns’ Night is a traditional celebration of the national poet of Scotland, Robert Burns (1/25/1759-7/2/1796). Burns’ wrote 191 poems and 368 songs, including Auld Lang Syne, Scots Wa Hae, and Ode to the Haggis. He gained popularity in his own time and long after for his promotion of Scottish culture at a time it was at risk of fading under England’s influence. Burns’ Night has been celebrated off and on in Great Falls since 1891.
