Most people – including me! – love that Great Falls has so many wonderful parks. Gibson Park is a jewel, for instance, and West Bank Park is beautiful, and so are many of the neighborhood parks.
But what exactly is a “park?” This little patch of grass near the corner of Central Avenue West and River Drive has a sign that says PARK, but…it’s literally just a patch of grass with a sign.
It’s a lovely patch of grass, no doubt, but…what makes it a “park?”
