Drove home from work during lunch today and lo and behold – looks like Smelter Avenue is finally open at 4th Street! Wheeee!

    Any ideas on when the city is going to remove the partly finished foundation in the Twilight Center? I called the city a couple of years ago… they assured me it would be taken care of by the end of 2010.
