Great Falls Commute

It was referenced a few years ago, but back in the news this week: Great Falls has the shortest average commute time of any metro (well…) area in the nation.

But you know…it’s not just the time involved. I noted back then, when I lived in the Fox Farm neighborhood and drove to work at Malmstrom AFB every day, that I didn’t take 10th Avenue South – heck no! – instead I drove along River Drive. Took a few minutes longer – usually clocked in at about 23 minutes, plus or minus a minute or two – but you really, really can’t beat the view of that commute. Here’s a few pix of that drive.
