Headed over to Eddie’s Supper Club on Saturday for lunch, but discovered that they are only open for lunch Monday through Friday…so off we went to the Bar S!
First time eating at the “new” Bar S, and we enjoyed it. The lunch menu is a bit smaller than the dinner menu, but had plenty of options. We opted for the prime rib sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger. The verdict: prime rib sandwich was awesome, although they put it on a round burger bun instead of a traditional French Dip-style bun. Made it a bit harder to dip into the au jus, but it was delicious. The burger was good…not great, but certainly good. Best burger in Great Falls still can be found at Goode’s!
And of course the decor of the Bar S is wonderful – love the beaver standing tall, sporting a cowboy hat!
Have had dinner there. Very good place to eat.
