A prowler was spotted this morning in the vicinity of 9th Street and 7th Avenue North. According to the email, this same person was seen a couple of weeks ago, peering into a ground level window of an apartment building in the same area.
In teen vernacular, this person is referred to as a “creeper,” as in creepy and icky. Hope he (she?) is caught.
