I was really hoping they would open the Bosco’s. I used to eat there all the time in Memphis. A very good beer microbrewery too. I never could figure out how they would have opened a location this far away from their home base in Tennessee. They only have 3 or 4 locations.
Believe this restaurant/bar was going to go in where the old J-Bar-T is now. Given the current economy, I doubt we’re going to see Bosco’s anytime soon.
