Kudos to Great Falls author (and NYT bestseller!) Jamie Ford! His debut novel “Hotel At The Corner Of Bitter & Sweet” just received the 2009 Montana Book Award! The award “…recognizes literary and/or artistic excellence in a book written or illustrated by someone who lives in Montana, is set in Montana, or deals with Montana themes or issues.”
And by the way – if you’re not already, you should be following Jamie on Twitter and/or his blog. It’s interesting to see some perspective from a local guy about “behind the scenes” in the book industry.
