Downtown Fire

This is sad: huge fire in downtown Great Falls — seems like the whole block between 6th & 7th Streets along Central Avenue is burning. Fire crews have been on the scene for nearly four hours so far. So far, the good news is that there are no reports of injuries. This is the block that has Public Drug on one end and Triple Crown Motor Inn on the other – with That Bar, some apartments, and a scrap-booking store in between, along with the Set Free Ministries around the corner on 6th Street. I hope that this building can be save — the last big downtown fire we had was the B&B building, and it wound up being demolished entirely.
