This “full disclosure” ad on Montana Craigslist caught my eye; here’s a little snippet of it:

IMPORTANT *** be warned that if you are looking for an immaculate or glam apartment and/or building this is not your going to be nowhere close to your ideal place.***located at 609 Central Ave.
Well, for $310, I don’t think anyone would expect “glam.” Gotta give credit to the owner for being blunt and saving himself – and some potential renters – time and hassle.
I’ll bet the right person could make it ‘glam’, though. I’ve sure had to make a few rentals look decent.
