A perfect day! And right on time – 10:30 am – the truck brought a whole mess o’geese (and swans!) to the edge of Gibson Pond, dropped open the gate, and the magic happened – take a look – it’s like a clown car with feathers!
And howdy to Katie from KRTV – nice to meet you! She was there along with someone from KFBB and a Tribune photographer. I bet the geese and swans will be pretty surprised tomorrow, though. Imagine their thoughts as the snow falls and the temperatures drop: “They let us out of our winter palace for THIS?”
