From back in 1980, one of the most dramatic temperature changes on record: 47 degrees in 7 minutes! Were you here on that day?
And some other Montana weather extremes: we are #1 for the greatest difference between our highest recorded temp and our lowest (187 degrees!); #1 for greatest 24-hour temperature change (103 degrees in nearby Loma!); and, of course, we hold the record for the lowest temperature ever recorded in the lower 48 (at Rogers Pass!).
