Finally! I made it to the world-famous Sip-n-Dip lounge last Saturday evening! Krista and I enjoyed a good time at one of Great Falls’ most famous places as we helped Kelly and her husband Jason celebrate Kelly’s birthday. I sipped on cola and water while they all dove into a “fishbowl,” and we munched on some chips and salsa and cheese-sticks from Clark & Lewie’s eatery (downstairs). The decor was - as promised - delightfully whimsical, but unfortunately Piano Pat was not playing; she was a bit under the weather, so we had to suffer through some recorded “adult contemporary” music. Seems to me that in the absence of Pat, the Sip-n-Dip should play some Martin Denny or other such lounge/tiki music!
And speaking of the Sip-n-Dip, check out what some true tiki-lovers had to say about it (scroll way down) as they capped their “It’s A Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki World” adventure with a trip to the Sip-n-Dip!
