I currently live in the #3 ranked county, Sandoval NM right now. I know that Rio Rancho NM is MUCH cleaner than Albuquerque NM. We're 700 (or so) feet higher than ABQ and above the smog that they sometimes get. Looks like you and me are doing pretty good, eh?
