A prisoner escaped from a DoC van near Helena; be on the lookout:
Dueston Haggard has previous escape, burglary, robbery and theft convictions, and is also a murder suspect in Cascade County…a 160-pound white male, 5-feet-11 inches tall, with blue eyes and brown close-cropped hair. He has a goatee and mustache, a pierced left ear and a tattoo of an angel and a devil on his back.
If you know anything about this escaped prisoner, please contact the Montana Highway Patrol.
UPDATE: the escaped prisoner has been caught!
David; There is something fishy here. He escaped in Helena, and the CEM indicates they didn’t notice he was gone until the van reached Deer Lodge. He was wearing black underwear, when procedures indicate he should have been wearing pink underwear. He escaped at a traffic light. Prisoners are to be shackled to a metal bar at both their hands and feet.
Pink underwear? Are you serious? And what driver picks up a mean looking guy in black underwear?

– Unfortunately that describes 90% of the male population of Montana. Probably several females also fit that description.
