A story with a happy ending, it appears: you remember a few days ago the news that the Park-n-Ponder had been vandalized several times recently? Well, the community rallied to support the cafe and owner Francie Robertson:
“…warm support from the community accompanied by thousands of dollars in private donations allowed Park & Ponder to install a new security system and restored Robertson’s faith in human nature…”
Good! The only thing that would make me happier about this would be for the vandals to be caught and prosecuted. (link via Andrea)

I have to tell you that Andy, Francie, and family are GREAT people, and deserving of everyone’s business and support. Good people like them DO NOT deserve the kind of trouble that has been made for them. It is sooooo good to see the community rally around them! They deserve only the best.
