Finally got around to visiting the O’Haire Motor Inn on Friday with Sassy (my 13 y/o daughter); hard to believe that I’ve been here for three years and never taken the time to visit the world-famous, legendary Sip-n-Dip lounge! It was about 4:45 on a Friday afternoon, so there were no mermaids to be seen, but the decor was as promised: retro-tiki-kitschy. Very cool. Ideal place for a Great Falls Blog Meet-up, eh? So after seeing the Sip-n-Dip, we decided to grab an early dinner in the hotel’s other dining spot, Clark & Lewie’s. Very relaxing, very nice decor, and the burgers that we ordered were great. Excellent service, courtesy of Nicole, and she talked us into having dessert, too: apple pie a-la-mode for me, and cheesecake for Sassy. Whoa…good stuff. We’ll be back!
